Putting 4 Patients
Join the "Putting 4 Patients" Family
Organize a mini golf fundraising event at your high school and raise critical funds for lifesaving research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Mini golf provides the perfect opportunity for your community to come together for a great cause!
Over the past few years, local high schools have organized "Putting 4 Patients" events that bring an 18-hole mini golf course to the school gymnasium for a day of fun that supports the latest advancements at Dana-Farber. In addition to mini golf, events include a long putt contest, opportunity drawing, prizes, food, face painting, and a caricaturist!

Our Mission
We began the Putting 4 Patients program in 2013 as a way to accomplish two important goals. The first one was to find a way that students, families, and communities could come together in a unique way to raise money for the pediatric cancer patients at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. By bringing in an 18 hole mini golf course to high school gymnasiums and combining it with other fun activities, our hope was that we would be able to attract people to come to these fundraisers, enjoy the day, and contribute to the fight against an illness that these kids neither want nor deserve.
Our second goal was to raise awareness and educate high school students about the importance of helping such an important organization as the Jimmy Fund. By doing so we were also hoping that these students would want to approach these events as their own, take ownership of them, and work to make sure that these fundraisers were both fun and successful.
We have been able to achieve both of these goals and our hope is that this program will continue to expand. We are trying to attract any high school that would like to join with us in the ongoing cause of doing what we can to eventually eliminate Pediatric Cancer. Great strides have been made over the last 25 years as the cure rate for these cancers has grown considerably but much more needs to be done.
Please take a couple of minutes to look over our website. It would be great if you would want to join such other area high schools as Ashland, Duxbury, Franklin, Marshfield, Medfield, Waltham, Weston, and The Williams School in coming together to work for such an important cause.
Sincerely,
Mark Levine
